About the Course
The Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs defines the pinnacle of human journey as ‘self-actualization’ and ‘transcendence’. This program explores the personality traits of an evolved leader and helps participants become aware of their strengths and areas of enhancement. It builds awareness of a simple truth: “We do not see things as they are; we see them as we are”.
Using the concepts of NLP, the workshop helps participants on a journey of understanding the concept that ‘Confluence requires Differentiation’. From the point of self-actualization, the program traverses individuation, the process of agreeing to disagree and culminating in the point where one perceives inner strength to accept a contrarian point of view.
The program is useful for those in leadership roles and seek to build powerful and effective teams that is both outcome driven and empathetic.
