OUR VISION

To continuously seek meaning and bring it to life, within our own selves and act as facilitators for this transformative journey in others so that they experience true inner freedom. By doing so, they bring new meaning to their own lives by making a difference to humankind through a process of continuous healing that enables individuals to actualize their potential.

Our Beliefs

Thomas Merton

We are one with God, our deepest Self is one with the Divine.

Swami Vivekananda

Each soul is potentially divine.

The goal is to manifest this divinity by becoming aware of nature, both external and internal.

When you are connected with the whole, you no longer need to protect or defend the part. You are now connected to something inexhaustible

Our Methods

The journey begins with oneself because the best tool each person seeking a role in a helping relationship has is herself / himself. The acquired skills and techniques will only be effective to the extent the helping person is in her/his transformative journey and is in the process of becoming...

We are born with the divine essence and our purpose in life is to realise it. In Indian mysticism this divine core is simply called atman, “the Self.” This core of personality cannot be separated from God. Often this essence, this spark of the divine, remains hidden under the covering of our everyday personality. It can and should be discovered so that its presence becomes a reality in daily life - in family, society and in the life of a professional. When we realise this goal, we discover simultaneously that the divinity within ourselves is one and the same in all – all individuals, all creatures, all of life.

It is said that our essence “atman” is who we are in God and who God is in us. This is our deepest identity which is installed by the maker at the time of our conception. We do not “make” or “create” it. We are given a span of years to discover it, to choose it, to awaken it, and to live our own unique destiny to the full.

Normally, we need to unlearn a lot of false messages given by family, society, culture, and religion in order to get back to that ground of our being. The false self is a social and mental construct to get us started on our life journey. (All the dos, shoulds, and musts given by the family, teachers, religion, culture, etc). This false self is not bad, in fact, it is quite good and necessary to get us started, but it becomes problematic when we stop there and spend the rest of life promoting and protecting it.

Our facilitation methods are built on the corner stone of experiential learning where by all that is theory is experienced and all the experiences are theorised so that learning gets integrated and becomes an integral part of life. Our emphasis is on ensuring thorough understanding of principles and theory and helping participants to be grounded in their own resources. In addition, our motive is to create group bonding and support, enabling all to experience community and support.
